- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress until it reaches you.
2. Local Delivery (Wollongong Residents Only)
- Cost: $10 AUD flat rate
- Availability: Local delivery is available exclusively for residents within the Wollongong area.
- Delivery Time: We arrange local delivery times to ensure your item arrives when needed, typically within the same or next business day.
3. In-Person Pick-Up (Wollongong Residents Only)
- Cost: Free
- Location: We offer a convenient in-person pick-up option for Wollongong residents at our designated pick-up point. The exact location and pick-up details will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.
- Pick-Up Timing: We will coordinate with you to arrange a suitable time for pick-up, ensuring flexibility around your schedule.
Important Information
- Shipping Cut-Off Times: Orders must be placed by 12pm to ensure timely processing and dispatch for same day. Orders placed after this cut-off may be processed the next business day.
- Delivery Requirements: Please ensure someone is available to receive express shipments, as items cannot be left unattended due to the nature of hire items. For local delivery, we will arrange a convenient drop-off time.
