Refund policy

1. Return Condition:

  • All items must be returned in the same condition as received, without any alterations, damage, or excessive wear. Minor signs of wear may be acceptable as per our bond policy, but any damage beyond minor wear will result in additional charges.

2. Return Process:

  • All hires must be returned in the original bag provided, along with the T&C slip included in the order.
  • Returns should be made by the next business day after the hire date. For example, if your hire period includes a Saturday or Sunday, the item must be returned by the following Monday. A late fee of $10 per day will be charged for every day the item is returned late.

3. Refunds on Bond:

  • The bond will be fully refunded if the item is returned in suitable condition, meeting our criteria for minor wear and tear (small stains or minimal wear).
  • If damages exceed the bond coverage, additional charges will apply, and the bond may be retained partially or in full.

4. Refunds Due to Damage or Misfit:

  • If a garment is found to be unsuitable due to size or fit, store credit may be issued. Refunds for wrong size or fit will not be provided; however, you may be eligible for a store credit upon return.
  • If the garment is damaged beyond minor wear, or if there is any attempt to clean or alter it, you will be liable for the cost of the damage fee or repair up to the full retail value (RRP) of the item.

5. Non-Compliance and Bond Retention:

  • If the garment is returned with unapproved damages, in an unsuitable condition, or not within the stipulated timeframe, part or all of the bond may be retained.
  • Please note that the bond covers minor damage only, and the customer will be notified of any additional charges if the damages exceed bond coverage.

6. No Cleaning or Washing:

  • Customers are advised not to clean or wash any hired garments. We handle all cleaning processes, whether dry cleaning or hand washing. Unauthorised cleaning may result in bond forfeiture or additional charges.

7. Booking and Cancellation:

  • Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is made. All bookings must be made at least one week in advance to ensure garment availability for your chosen date.
  • Cancellations made within a certain timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Transparency and Trust:

  • We value transparency and strive to maintain a trustworthy relationship with our customers. Our bond and refund policies are designed to ensure clarity. By engaging in our hire services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

9. Clear Communication:

  • Customers will receive a detailed receipt with the bond amount, terms, and conditions at the time of booking. Any damages beyond bond coverage will be communicated promptly, and payment must be settled within a specified timeframe.
